How sweet it is to have a Saturday to myself. The kids are with my mother. I’m enjoying it! Now, we almost had a crisis. I told my husband two days ago, that I was going to need him to drop the kids off to my moms Saturday morning. I had a reason for putting him on notice. If I tell him the night before he goes into this long drawn out story about how it’ll set his work schedule off. So, that was my reason for the warning. We woke up this morning, he gets ready. I get the kids ready. While I’m holding my baby he gives us a kiss goodbye. Huh? I say, “did you forget you have to drop them off?” Dah(look on his face). There was no way he was leaving out the door without all his kids. Couldn’t help but think what would happen if he left out without given me my kiss. You would’ve seen news headlines “WOMAN CHASES HUSBAND DOWN HIGHWAY”.
We managed to dodge that crisis. So, now i’m going to continue enjoying my day.
