Yesterday marked the day of me and my husbands 10 yr Anniversary. We consider ourselves blessed. With the divorce rate being high we know this is a huge accomplishment. Now, we’ve argued over the socks on the floor, not letting the toilet seat down and me of all people not putting stuff back where it belongs. Yeh, we argued for about 9 yrs. Just kidding(lol).
I remember the first Aha moment I had realizing that I too could make my husband sick. We were argueing about something. I said, “You get on my nerve!” He replied, “You do too.” I thought to myself, huh I bet I do get on his nerve? That was the moment I realized I wasn’t as perfect as I thought.
So after these 10 yrs of experience we have learned alot, yelled alot, listened alot and love continually. To all of you married women, I hope your marriage will continue to be filled with love, peace, joy, fun, faithfuness and longevity.
Can you say Super-fe-cun-da-tion? It’s not easy for me either. Superfecundation is the fertilization of two or more ova discharged at the same ovulation by successive acts of sexual intercourse. So in other words, you can get pregnant twice in the same month. Huh?
Picture this conversation. Your friend tells you, “I’m pregnant!” You’re so excited for her and you all go on and on like mommies do. Two weeks later she says, “I’m pregnant!” You say, “I know that’s all we’ve been talking about.” Then she explains.
When you think you’ve heard it all, you haven’t. When you think you know it all, you don’t. I’d like to some it up like this. When we’re teaching our kids about the birds and the bees. Let’s not forget to teach them about the birds and the babies.
Check out these baby potty tips.
Woo Hoo! Day 2 of Potty Training 101. My big girl did number 1 in the pot. This class is gonna be easier than I thought. When she’s not on the pot, she’s running around in her birthday suit enjoying the fresh air.
Only draw back to potty training is Jala waking up 3am this morning. Wide a wake! What does that have to do with potty traing you ask? Well, have you ever noticedwhen your child starts doing something new, they have nightmares. When she started walking she would wake up during the night. Even as she began to talk more she would wake up screaming or talking out load.
Last nght when she woke up I put her in the bed with me and her dad. Not one of his favorites at all. When I woke up she had taken off her sleeping clothes and working on her pamper. I’m hoping tonight will be more restful.
If we keep this up, sistah girl will be potty trained by next week. Not! We’re enjoying every minute of it so no need to rush. Tomorrow is a new day and we’ll start all over.
