Hi my name is Nicole and I’m a Frappholic. My last drink was last year. I’m sure you’re thinking, that’s only a week ago! Hey! When you’ve been clean for 7 days that’s a big accomplishment. I’ve been addicted to Starbucks Frappuccino for about 2yrs.
Let me tell you.
This was the highlight of my day, how I would escape,if I was having a bad or stressful day.I’d drink all my troubles away(hiccup). I’m sweating thinking about it. It had gotten to the point that every time I’d take a drink. I would think about how this could be harming my body. It just wasn’t as satisfying anymore.
The summer before last, my neighbor and I would go walking every morning. I lost about 15lbs. I gained that back and at the least, 20 more. Nope! I’m not on a diet. I think diet is a Bad Bad word lol. I do believe in lifestyle change. So, what I’ve started doing was making myself smoothies at home. This will help soothe my crave. Not only that, they are really good. I’ve also been a good girl by not using sugar. Instead I’m using Agave Nectar. It’s from the health food store(smiling- aren’t you proud of me?) 
If you were in my support group? How would you introduce yourself? I’ll go first…
