We’re having flash backs. No. Literally we’re having flashbacks in our house. Let’s see how far back we’re really gonna go.
We have discontinued our cable. We now have the converter box for our TV. So now we’re watching free television. That’s until it loses it’s signal. Right in the middle of a joke, the signal goes out! WTFlashback! A couple Sundays ago we were watching the Football game and right in the middle of a play….. WTFlashback! The signal went out. Driving us FREAKN crazy! BUT… We plan to hang in there and see if they can make some progress with there one world television.
Couple weeks ago the dishwasher went out. WTFlashback! Now that wasn’t our choice. It just started spitting out water. WTFlashback Filth are you spitting for? So, Princess teenage daughter that doesn’t think this Flashback stuff is cool. Is yelling from the kitchen, “WASH YOUR OWN DISHES PEOPLE!” Who the Flashback she think she is? Amazingly, we’ve been washing our dishes and the sink is staying amazingly free of dirty dishes.
WTFlashback is going on in your life? Have you decided to do something that you did years ago or is there something you’ve been doing for years that you are doing different? I guess then I’ll say, “What In The Future are you doing?” Please, Please tell me WTFlashback is going on in your life.

Krissi, TV does take up a lot of time from family. I’ve been trying to save all my me time until after the kids are in bed.
We’ve been watching a LOT less TV than we use to in this house…now that we’re more in a routine, there’s more time for play & just being silly.

Stephanie, we were really kicking an screaming. Friday night was the night I watched everything I recorded on the DVR.
There is no way in hell I could live without my cable, my TiVo, and my dishwasher!! Those are the 3 staples that I simply must have in order to survive. =)

lol. We had withdrawals from the cable but we’re doing good now. Now there are some things I don’t want to go back on. Number 1 is a vehicle!

we’ve been toying with idea of giving up cable, but since I’m a SAHM I think I’d go batty w/o it. there’s just nothing on the networks anymore! we did stop using the dishwasher and started hand-washing the dishes. so far, so good…

You know, strangely enough it is the dishwasher thing. I’m not getting it fixed. Except for the cream of wheat incident they rarely fight about doing it and the dishes are actually cleaner than they’ve been in years. It’s eerie.
