Ready for Mom’s Nite Out

I am Celebrating <a href= It’s the day before National Mom’s Nite Out and I’m overdue for some “Me Time”. I had the opportunity to work with Kris Cain from Little Tech Girl along with Sharon Patrice,Ronni Roseman & >Sidney Reid. Kris, organized and coordinate Chi Town Mom’s Nite Out. Make sure you check out all of their sites.

I hope you all have found a location in your area. If not, be sure to follow Mom’s Nite Out on Twitter . You don’t have to miss the party even if you’re not there. That’s the wonderful thing about CyberSpace.

I have one question for all of you Moms with smaller children. Do you ever find yourself needing some “Me Time” before the “Me Time”? Sometimes after I’ve either put my daughter to bed, taking her to Grandmas house or any other things that I have to do before leaving. Huh? (sigh) After doing all that I’m tired. Wouldn’t it be nice to not have to deal with any of that, before your “Me Time”? Well I wish you luck! If you get that time ahead of spending time being a grown up? Let me know.

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY! I feel what you’re saying. I get babysitting offers for my 9-month-old all the time, but when I think of all the prep work that I would need to do just to go our for a couple of hours (i.e. pump milk, make sure she gets a nap)…I just forgo the outing. sigh is right

I love the idea of National Moms Night Out! Never heard of it. Guess that tells you a little bit about how much “me time” I get! ;0)

I understand what you mean about the “me time” before the “me time”! Sometimes I’m out of the mood and energy for “me time” because of all the prep!
