For Dummies Season 4
If you’re new here and haven’t seen the previous series click here.
It’s summer and my son is in summer school. I’ve come to realize that parents should go to summer school too. Everyday I pick him up, the car rider line is slow, not in a single file line and just stupid. People literally park and get out the car! This is ride around and pick up!!!! Not Get Out and Pick Up!!!!! They drive along side of the cars that are picking up. This is putting their child in danger of getting hit by cars. So I declare Summer School for Parents!!!!!!
I confess. Once again I got caught up in the Social Networking Hype. Had a large amount of friends. However the larger my friends number got, they less I saw the feed of my friends that actually communicated with me. So again there I was feeling alone with no one to talk to. So, I began to hit DELETE…DELETE…DELETE.. Ahhhh. The feeds began to roll in again. What is the real reason for getting a lot of friends: to get people to buy your product, read your blog, come to your conference, etc. etc….. Some may not mind reading your feed alllll day. BUT…I like to communicate to. So, now I think before I accept a friend….
Lastly, the other day my daughter and I were coming home. We were greeted by 3 raccoons. As I was getting out the car I noticed my daughter standing by the garage door very still. When I looked up I saw a raccoon walking through the grass heading to the street. He was hesitant. Then another one came from the side of the house…… and another one. UGH!!!!! I reached for my camera and took a picture. My daughter said, “No! Do you wanna be like Are We There Yet?” (When the deer beat up Ice Cube) All I can think was them charging at us. However they reluctantly walked away.
but wait…. We also had a mouse….goofer….rat! Running around our patio. UGH!!!!!I hate ‘em with a passion. My husband and I were on the patio and he walked right by us. To make a long story short. My husband hit him a few times and killed him.
He said, “that’s one of them goofers!”
I said, “As long as it’s not a rat.” (It’s just something about the name Rat)
He said, “Goofer Rat!” (shaking his head)
So, the next time I see a alley cat (we have no allies) I’m going to give him some milk and feed him. I want him to hang around and take care of the grounds. Just hoping he has the personailty of…..Tom (Tom & Jerry), Garfield, Puss and Boots and a roar like Tony the Tiger.

HAHA!! I love them all! I can’t stand the line to pick up the kids! Try being a Pedestrian… they are crazy!! Ew Raccoons! We had Raccoons and Possums in the Alley of our last apartment. We use to fight, flip quarters, and pay each other to take out the trash at night!!
I just love these!

@Motpg, Thanks Motpg! I need another book.
Whoo Hoo! My Middlest has summer school too! Ain’t life grand. You know I really like to communicate too. I have all those people in that box and I think less than 20 of them ever actually show up and comment and somebody dumped me the other day but that’s ok, I’d rather follow have followers where we actually appreciate each others blogs.
Now racoons. I have generations of them that come to my house to steal cat food. If I call here kitty kitty they come running out of the woods, no joke. So if you put out food for an alley cat to chase rats, you may get more racoons. I don’t know if they will chase rats but you can still name them Garfield ; )
