Safe and a lot of sound from Chatter Girl

It’s Thankful Thursday and I do have a lot to be thankful for.  Starting with the storm that wasn’t as bad on yesterday. Just imagine me and my three kids under our desk.  Hubby was caught in the storm.  My oldest couldn’t get on the floor due to a sprung ankle.  She would have ducked for cover if the Tornado actually hit.  My son was the man of the house  and Miss Chatter Girl, did not close her mouth the entire time.  Whew!  When I think she talks a lot, she breaks her record.  Finally my husband made it home safe.  He took cover in a Best Buy!  Yeah right!  That was right up his alley.

After it was all over there was no severe damage.  Except for one broken pot and my Clematis fell again.   I hope you all are safe.  Did you have any storms in your area this week and how has the weather been in your area?

Wow!Typhoons & Hurricanes? You don’t need any Tornados. That sounds scary too.

We don’t get tornadoes here, but we do have our share of typhoons (hurricanes), but so far we haven’t had a major one yet.

Oh that is scary. Something we get from time to time here too. I love a good thunderstorm but we have been blocked by a sea breeze that stops the rain a few miles away. I can see the clouds but we are and Hot and Humid!
Gearing up for the big storms though. It’s like clowns piling out of a mini car every year last minute at the Home Depot.

I can’t keep my Clematis upright either! I still can’t believe we had 4 thunderstorms pass through yesterday. It’s looking outside like there’s more in store for us today. :(
