It’s My Birthday!!!!#38 Class back in Session

Growing up September 7th was often the day for back to school. This day is also my birthday. I’m 38 years old today & can’t believe how the years have flown by. Not to mention how much I’ve matured over the years. Believe me… that’s a good thing! Often when people reach a certain milestones in their life they’d often say, ” I wish I could have done things differently.” Although I’m sure I’ve said it myself, I have mixed emotions about the statement….Of course their are some things I wish I could have done differently. Mostly, those things I did to contribute to my own headaches, pain & long suffering. On the other hand…had I not experienced those things….I don’t think I would have grown to be the woman I’ve become on this day.

I’m truly thankful to God for another year!!!!!!I’m excited to go back to school on this day, the school of life! This year I know my courses will be a bit more intense. Up late at night doing homework & studying. The courses I have on my schedule will help determine my success: Integrity, Perseverance, Hope, Love & Patience just to name a few. Of course I’ve taking all these classes before. Some years I’ve done well & some I’d rather not talk about. This is going to be a good year & I’m sure I’ll get a few pop quizzes that I hadn’t anticipated but that’s when my Prayer class will come in handy. What classes do you have on you schedule this semester of your life?

I am currently enrolled in Marriage Enrichment class, literally. I too have taken these classes years ago but found I need a refresher course : )
