My favorite drinks to make during these hot days are smoothies. Here’s a recipe I made just a moment ago & wanted to share with you.
1 cup Crushed Pineapples
12 Frozen Strawberries
1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
1 cup Milk
4 tsp Sugar (or honey or sugar sub or none at all)
Take 1 cup pineapple, 1 cup milk & 4 tsp of sugar and blend in mixer on puree. After that has been mixed well add all frozen ingredients slowly and blend on frappe setting. Since these ingredients are frozen you will not have to add any ice. That’s all! Quick and something refreshing for a day like today.
Tip: if you want to taste all the textures of your fruit, don’t mix pineapple on puree. Feel free to use the frappe setting as well.
