Crafts: Senior Night Poster Board

Tomorrow is our daughter’s senior night so, they told them to make a poster board of pictures when they were younger.  After picking up a few items from Wal-Mart & Michaels, this is what we came up with.

I brought white and black poster foam boards, 1 black and 1 fluorescent green poster board. Just realizing that we didn’t use the green. Also, I picked up 2 sheets of basketball textured craft paper.

What we did was cut out the initials of her college and embellished them…..

The “L” we covered with basketball netting.

The letter “I” was covered with the textured paper.

and we punched holes in the “U” and laced shoestrings through the holes.

My daughter used the black foam board to cut out a skyline.

Then, she used glitter glue to create the windows on the buildings.

The skyline was glued to the top, back of the board.

We copied her picture on the printer and decoupaged them onto the board. We worked really well together until I began to get clumsy and was prohibited to touch it anymore. lol If you missed the poster board I did for her Super Sectional game last year click here to check it out. Hope you all had a nice weekend.
