Pina Colada Smoothie Recipe

 

Drink: Pina Colada Smoothie

Enjoy: A Pina Colada Smoothie is a great refreshing drink.  Wonderful to have with dinner, Mama’s night out or an intimate drink with the hubby.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Can Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  2. 1/2 cup Activia or Vanilla Yogurt
  3. 1/4 cup Cream of Coconut
  4. 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  5. 6 ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Mix: Coconut Milk, Activia, Cream of Coconut and mix on blend setting until thouroughly mixed.
  2. Next: Pour in frozen pineapples and blend on frappe setting at high speed.
  3. Lastly: Toss in the 6 icecubes and serve.
  4. Makes 4 cups

Preparation time: 10 min

  6. @Stacie: the cream of coconut is the most expensive. It’s between 2.99 & 3.99 depending on the brand. The coconut milk was about 1.99 if I’m remembering correctly. Oh and the deemed of coconut last awhile because your not using much. It gives the sweetness.
