This morning I had a taste for some eggs and was about to make an omelet when I remembered the new ramekin bowls I purchased a few weeks ago.
So, I had my daughter crack me 8 eggs while I prepared the (handful) spinach, (8 -10 pieces) cilantro and (5 blades or strands)garlic chive by chopping them all up.
I sprinkled some Himalayan Pink Salt (not necessary if you don’t have it) lemon pepper (my favorite) and some shredded cheese in my bowl of eggs, along with the spinach, garlic chives and cilantro.
Sprayed my ramekin bowls with olive oil and poured in the eggs and sprinkled Parmesan cheese on top. This amount was enough for 3 bowls. Placed them in the oven on 350 degrees and they took about 30 minutes or more to cook. When they’re done, remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes and serve. I served mine with pretzel bun sliders. Delish!0
