That’s when I realized the real reason I enjoy growing Swiss Chard. It’s in the Detail The detail is scrumptious! We had some for dinner last night. Made some for my husband’s salad for lunch and this week I’ll be making lasagna with it as an ingredient.  New York likes it too Oh yeah, New York even had some for dinner last night. It wasn’t the first thing he ate on his plate, but he did eventually eat it. I’ve been wanting to add some Swiss Chard around the patio where we’re growing our herbs. Doesn’t look like that will happen this year, but next year it will be added for sure. Along with some Kale. What leafy vegetable do you think has the most beautiful color and texture?
