Aveeno Baby prt 2

Ok, it’s been 3 days using the Aveeno Baby products. I’m loving the cream wash. As far as the lotion it’s going alright. I still have to use her medication given by our family doctor. I used the lotion on myself this morning and my skin looks and feels great.

Don’t call me, I’ll txt u.

We’ve all heard it before.  Don’t call me, I’ll call you.  Well with texting the new phenomenon in this text age.  We’re saying, “Don’t call me, I’ll txt u.”  We’re rarely talking to one another due to our texting addiction. You know what I think?  I think we’re really saying, “I really don’t want to talk to you, so I’ll txt u.”

The problem I have with this is, people won’t text back.  There’s no excuse in the freakn world that you couldn’t possibly text me back!  Texting is so simple that you can text on a potty break, lunch break, 15 minute break ,give me, a freakn break!  It’s so easy. K or ttyl is easy as 1,2,3.

While I’m getting this off my chest.  “LOL”.  Which means laugh out loud.  Should not follow a sarcastic remark.  Let me give you an example.  Those red pointy shoes u wore 2day were cute lol.  Who’s laughing out loud?  You!   Not me, cause I don’t think its funny!  I’ll give you something to laugh about!  I would rather that you really not won’t to talk to me let alone text me.  So,  as we continue to text in this text age, let’s practice some common texcourtesy. K?

Aveeno Baby

This month I will be testing Aveeno Baby.  I’ll be using the Soothing Relief Creamy Wash & Calming Comfort Lotion. (Lavendar & Vanilla fragrance).    My daughter has eczema and the bottle says, “Gently Cleanses and Soothes Dry Skin Even Dry Skin from Eczema”.  (Creamy Wash.)

Day 1   Last night I gave her a bath using the products and here is what I found.

Soothing Relief Creamy Wash (Fragrance Free)- Fragrance was clean & fresh.  Product consistency was creamy & rich.  Foaming was minimal.  Would have like to see more but after cleaning her she felt clean & not dry.  When I aske her how she felt, she said “Goodt”.

Calming Comfort Lotion (Lavender & Vanilla)

I would have preferred fragrance free as well but Walmart only had this one.  After taking her out of the tub, I applied the lotion.  Fragrance was good, not overwhelming.  Consistency was creamy & she didn’t feel coated.  Her skin felt smooth and moisturized.

Bedtime was next.  She was sleep in about 20min. max.  Don’t know if this was the product?  The claims are- helps calm and comfort your baby before bedtime, naptime, or any time baby’s a bit fussy.  So if  it was the lotion, I have a new best friend.

Your Reality TV Show

Reality TV has taken us into someone elses reality. I don’t know about you, but there are a few I like to watch myself. As I was deeply engaging in a conversation about one of my favorites, I began to think. What if my life was a Reality Show?

Jon & Kate plus 8. We’ve heard it all over the news. I’m not going into any details, but i’m sure you’ve heard the story.

The Real Housewives of Orange County/Atlanta. Don’t know how real it is? Anywho. Drama, Catfights, Envy & sooooo much more.

Let’s sit back and think, how would my life look on the big movie screen. There is no perfect life, but will people Tivo you, to watch you cuss out your so called best friend? Will people press rewind, because they can’t believe the words that came out of your mouth?

Hey! They might think your soooo FREAKN boring! Since your not getting forclosed on or going through a divorce. Ugh! What a boring life! How could you not have all that drama in your life?

That’s how we like it, juicy, drama filled & down right exciting! In reality, you have to live your own reality & I have to live mine.

I’m loving my new bag!

OMG!  I had an awesome time at Aldi today!  Sounds creepy?  I know.  I go to Aldi monthly to get can goods, meat etc.  Today as I shopped I picked up as many empty boxes I could find.  If you’ve been to Aldi, we do this so we don’t have to purchase any or to many bags.  I’m feeling real good about myself right about now.  As I came to check out, I saw the reusable bags (Haleluia…singing with an angelic voice).  I picked it up and the room in side was as big as Texas!  Right about now i’m thinking about all the stuff I can fit in here.  I won’t have to purchase any bags fo a while.  This is it, the bag on the left.  Now if I ever see the bag on the right.  I’ll buy it too.  I’m a sucker for purses.  Never thought I’d be one for an Aldi purse though. rombach_mag_bags_2_500

Anywho.  I brought 4 and I was able to organize my grocery so well.  My daughter even commented on them.  Now I have to remember to put them in the trunk of my car.
