A quick meal for game night, movie night or just to have a delicious quick and easy meal is always a win in my book.My husband loves everything spicy and me, not so much.I seem to have sneezing, coughing and crying fits if my food is a bit too spicy.This Sriracha Turkey Baked Bean dish has a nice kick and thankfully this kick doesn’t set off my little fit.
Let’s get down to cooking, but first here’s the ingredients you’ll need.
1 lb Busch Baked Beans
1 lb Ground Turkey
1/4 cup Sriracha Sauce
1 tbsp Barbecue Sauce (Brand of your choice)
1 tbsp Wet Minced Garlic (You’re free to use dry if you don’t have wet on hand)
Dry Herb Mix
1 tbsp Rosemary
1 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/8 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
Let’s begin by cooking our ground turkey and while cooking your ground turkey add in your dry herb mix and stir well.
Once your ground turkey is brown and completely cooked add in your baked beans and stir them in.
Next, add in your Sriracha, Barbecue Sauce and wet Minced Garlic. If you don’t have the wet minced garlic you can add in 1 tbsp of dry. Allow it to simmer for about 20 minutes and remember to stir frequently so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of your pan.
Serve It Up
The last thing to do is to serve it with crackers, chips or alone as a dish with some green vegetables and you’re good to go.
